Order Changes, Returns & Exchanges Policy

Before Your Order Ships – Cancellations & Changes
For personalized items, production begins quickly after your order is placed. Please check your order details carefully before confirming.
- Within 30 minutes: You can cancel or modify your order free of charge.
- 30 minutes to 24 hours: We can’t make changes. If you cancel, we’ll issue a partial refund with 30% of the product price deducted, as part of the custom process has already started.
- After 24 hours: Orders cannot be changed or canceled, as production involves photo processing, laser engraving, and material preparation—all customized specifically for you and cannot be reused or resold once started.
Note: The times mentioned above refer to when your order is successfully created.
60-Day Return & Exchange Policy – FULL COVERAGE
Our 60-day FULL COVERAGE Return/Exchange Policy covers the following reasons. (We will be responsible for the return postage fees and replacement fees)
- The personalization details (photo, engraving, etc.) are incorrect or do not match your order
- You received a broken product, or a defective item
- The photo or text is not visible or is extremely unclear.
- The size is incorrect or mismatched due to our error
Not Covered Under This Policy
We do not offer returns or exchanges for the following situations:
- Requests made after 60 days of delivery
- Personalized products with no quality issues (e.g. change of mind, personal taste)
- Products damaged through misuse, mishandling, or improper care
- Items that have been worn, washed, stained, or altered
- Incorrect size chosen by the customer
- Partial returns of bundled or set items
Additional Notes
- Discount codes used in the original order will not be reissued after a return
- Refunds will be processed within 10 business days after receiving and inspecting your return
- Please keep your return tracking number in case of lost shipments
How to Request a Return or Exchange
STEP 1. Contact Us
Email service@pawisall.com with your order number and clear photos of the product and shipping label (if applicable).
STEP 2. Get Instructions
We’ll reply with return authorization and the proper return address (please do not return items to the shipping address on your package).
STEP 3. Ship & Confirm
Please send your return as instructed and let us know the tracking number.
Once we receive and check the item, we’ll process your refund or send a replacement.
If the issue was on our end and a new item is being made, we’ll start production immediately and send you a new tracking number once it ships.
