Thank you for choosing a custom piece from our store! Please note that personalized items require additional time to craft with care. The total delivery time includes both production and shipping.

  • Photo Customization: 5–7 business days
  • Custom Birthstone & Birth Flower: 5–7 business days
  • Custom Text / Initials + Photo: 6–8 business days

 

Shipping Time (Estimated):

  • To the U.S.: 4–6 business days
  • To Canada: 5–8 business days
  • To Europe: 5–8 business days
  • To Australia: 5–8 business days

We are unable to guarantee delivery dates. While we always strive for timely delivery, delays may occur due to high demand, carrier issues, customs, or unexpected events like bad weather. If there’s a delay, we’ll let you know.

Do you offer express shipping?
No, we currently do not offer expedited or overnight shipping.

 

Can I change the shipping destination or country after ordering?
You can change your shipping address within 30 minutes after placing the order. After 30 minutes, the shipping address cannot be changed.

 

Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We currently ship to the U.S., Canada, and 35+ other countries. You can check available destinations at checkout.

 

How will I know my order has shipped?
You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email once your order is ready to go, along with a tracking number.

 

What if my package doesn’t arrive within the estimated delivery time?
We can’t promise exact delivery dates. Sometimes delays happen because of high demand, carrier issues, customs, or bad weather. If there’s a delay, we’ll let you know. If your package hasn’t arrived within 30 days after shipping for these reasons, we’ll send you a free replacement.

If delivery fails due to customer reasons—like wrong address or no one to receive—we can’t resend for free. Please check your shipping info carefully before ordering.

 

My package hasn’t arrived for a long time. Is it lost?
We consider your package lost in either of the following cases:
1. The tracking status has not been updated for over 30 days.
2. The tracking shows updates but the package has not been delivered. In this case, please first contact the shipping carrier to obtain a written proof of loss. Once you have the proof, send it to service@pawisall.com.
In both cases, we will gladly send you a free replacement.

 

What if my package is marked “Delivered” but I didn’t receive it?
If your tracking shows “Delivered” but you haven’t received the package, please contact the carrier first to investigate.

 

My package arrived damaged or the items are different from what I ordered. What should I do?
