Can I change my order or cancel it?

Unfortunately, custom orders cannot be changed or canceled once you have placed your order. This is because our team processes your order night away non-custom orders we can make changes or cancellations if your order has not vet been fulfilled

How does it work?

1- Order Placement: Once you've placed your order, our designers spring into action.


2- Art Preview (2-4 days): After placing the order, our team will start to draw your design. You'll receive an email to approve it or request unlimited revisions.


3- Unlimited Revisions: We value your satisfaction. Feel free to request changes - we offer unlimited revisions.


4- Production (1 to 3 days): Once your design is approved, we jump into production mode which takes 1 to 3 days.


5- Final Steps & shipping: Following production, your order is carefully prepared for shipping. For detailed delivery times, please refer to our Shipping Policy.

Can I see the design before purchasing?

Due to the handmade nature of our designs, we don't offer previews prior to placing an order.


However, we offer unlimited revisions and only ship your product upon approval. In this way, we make sure you are 100% satisfied with the final piece.

What's the turnaround time?

1- Design Preview (2-4 days): Once you've placed your order, our designers spring into action. Within 2-4 days, you'll receive an email showcasing your design. Take your time to review it.


2- Production (1-3 Business Days): Upon approval, we jump into production mode which takes 1 to 3 days.


3- shipping (9-20 Business Days): With production complete, your product is packaged securely and shipped. Typically, shippingtakes 9 to 20 business days, ensuring safe delivery to your doorstep.

What if l want don't like the design?

To meet our customer's needs, we consistently ensure your 100% satisfaction with the design before it's shipped.


With unlimited revisions, you can freely provide feedback, and we'll diligently make any changes necessary to match your vision perfectly.

Do you only draw pets and couples?

No, we design everything! We have a very talented team that has done a lot of work from couples to families, pets.

We don't have a photo together, can you make the design?

Yes, we can! We can use a photo from each member and combine them into a design.

Can I cancel or get a refund?

Kindly note that, given the personalized nature of our products, we are unable to accommodate order cancellations once they have been placed.

I haven't received any emails after my purchase. What should l do?

If you haven't received any emails 2-4 days after your purchase, please check your spam folder. If nothing's there, reach out to us at service@pawisall.com - there might be a bounce-back issue or an email typo during checkout.
