We at Pawisall are dedicated to giving our clients the best necklaces and bracelets possible. We guarantee the quality of our products and want your purchase to be a happy and fulfilling experience. We provide a lifetime warranty on all of our necklaces and bracelets as a result.
Our lifetime warranty addresses material and workmanship flaws. Should you encounter any problems with your necklace or bracelet, kindly reach out to us at service@pawisall.com. We will replace or repair the item at no cost to you.
To make a warranty claim, follow these steps.
1. Please fill out the warranty claim form below.
2. We will look at the claim and tell you what to do in two business days.
3. Once we get the item, we'll check it and fix or replace it if there's a problem that's covered by our warranty.
Please be aware that normal wear and tear, theft or loss, accidental damage, and damage resulting from incorrect handling or care are not covered by our warranty. We examine warranty claims in the order that they are returned to us. Processing this can take some time. Moreover, the warranty does not cover photo alterations. Items covered by warranties will be recreated using the original order's photo.
