Return policy for non-custom products

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its originapackaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at service@pawisall.com. f your return is accepted, we'l send you a return shipping label, as well asinstructions on how and where to send your package. ltems sent back to us without first reguesting a return will not be accepted.

Return policy for custom products
As our artists start to work on your order as soon as it is placed, itis not possible to make a full refund even if it hasn't been produced. lf you are to need a refund we can offer you apartial refund where $30 (price of digital design) will be deducted from the full refund as work has already been put in.
If your order has been produced it is not possible to make any type of refund.
lf your order includes a digital product and it has been delivered to you by email it is not possible to make a refund of this product. If for some reason you would like us to draw a new design from a different photo, you will be charged $15 per new photo as we will start a new drawing from scratch.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, sothat we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

Exceptions/non-returnableitems
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special ordersor personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials,flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase
for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. lf approved, you'lbe automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit cardcompany to process and post the refund too.
We offer a 25% money back guarantee on all products that are defective or damaged during shipping. Just let us know and we will providea return address and a replacement or refund as preferred.
