Design Inspiration: The Stanhope Lens

Our jewelry is inspired by the Stanhope lens—an invention from 1860 by René Dagron. Originally used to magnify hidden micro-images, this optical marvel has been reimagined to preserve your meaningful moments in an elegant, modern form.

How We Made Your Keepsake

Step 1: Micro-Carving

We resize your photo into a sharp, high-resolution miniature. This image is then laser-engraved onto a 3x3mm surface—capturing even the smallest details with stunning clarity.

Step 2: Photo Selection

From several precisely engraved photos, we carefully select the one with the best clarity and detail for final use.

Step 3: Integration

The engraved photo is attached to a domed optical glass lens, which magnifies and sharpens the image. Assembly is done in a dust-free environment to keep it crystal clear.

Step 4: Jewelry Setting

The finished photo pendant is set into your chosen jewelry piece—pendant, bracelet, or ring—then polished and inspected for a flawless, lasting finish.
